Making a deposit
Deposits are made from the cashier, opened with the button next to your balance. The page shows only the methods available for your country and currency, grouped by type. Choose one, enter the amount and confirm on the provider's side.
The minimum is about €1 for many methods and money usually arrives within seconds. If you chose a welcome bonus, make sure your profile is complete before the first payment, otherwise the bonus may not be credited.
Requesting a withdrawal
Withdrawals are requested in the same cashier, on a separate tab. The process is short:
- Open the cashier and switch to the withdrawal tab.
- Select the method you used to deposit.
- Enter the amount and your account or wallet details.
- Confirm the request, with a code if two-factor authentication is on.
- Follow the status in your transaction history.
The minimum starts at around €1.50 and is higher for bank transfers. The bookmaker generally does not charge a fee, though your bank or wallet might.
Choosing a method
The best method is the one that is quick in both directions and costs you nothing in conversion. E-wallets are a good all-round choice where they are available. Cards are familiar but slower on the way out.
Cryptocurrency is fast and has high limits, but the value can move while the transfer is in progress, and a payment sent to the wrong network is lost. Stablecoins remove the price risk but not the network one.
Whatever you choose, the account or wallet must be in your own name. Payments from third parties are refused and can lead to the account being frozen.
Why a payout gets held up
When a withdrawal takes longer than expected, one of these is nearly always the reason:
- the account has not been verified yet;
- a bonus is still being wagered;
- the deposit was not played through at least once;
- the name on the payment method differs from the account;
- the request was made on a weekend or bank holiday.
Check the status first. If it shows as processed and nothing has arrived after the stated time, send support the transaction number and a statement from your provider.

Are there withdrawal fees?

Can I withdraw to a different method?

Can I cancel a withdrawal request?
